ABOUT THE PROJECT

From the ground up with Sotheby's International Realty, we developed a brand identity and marketing strategy for Tilghman on Chesapeake, a new residential community on Tilghman Island.

THE LOGO

Inspired by a nautical theme, the logo tells the story of a place to call home. A symbol of an anchor, but with a “T” hidden but sometimes visible creates a a feeling of home. Tilghman on Chesapeake is a place to set your family anchor and call home.

Visual Language

The visual language incorporates ocean blues with red being used as an accent for emphasis and attention. Shiplap style textures are used across the brand to push the nautical look further and as a small subtle nod to Maryland, the flag is used in an abstract form as a pattern.
